My Fitness Pal: A food tracker app that lets you keep your calories under control.  Another excellent app that will rock your world.

My Low Carb Journey: I talk about the process of weight loss and what turned me toward a low carb lifestyle.

Cabbage Rolls For Those Who Hate Cabbage: Exactly.  Love these — first time I made them, I ate them every day for a week.  Trust me, double the batch and freeze some.  Your family will thank you.

Cinnamon Almonds and Chocolate Almonds: OMG.  It’ like eating those amazing almonds from the candy store but without the guilt!

Easy Homemade Coconut Butter: Yay, coconut butter!!  It’s so good for you and if you’re lactose intolerant, this stuff is genius.  Genius!!

Fantastic Low Carb Brownies (Miracle Brownies): Laura Dolson’s low carb brownie recipe is a winner!  It’s also made with flax seed, so it’s gluten free, too.

Roasted Garbanzo Beans:  OMG.  These are so good.  Whether or not you actually roast them.  I dare you not to eat any before you put them in the oven…
